Imogene Theater & Parlor Rental Information

This historic theater is the tallest building in downtown Milton, Florida. Available to rent for weddings, recitals, and meetings, it features an elaborate proscenium arch over the stage, a wooden dance floor, and tiered balcony. Seating capacity on the main floor is 150; the balcony seats 75. For dinner the main floor can accommodate 156 at round tables with seating for 30 more at specially constructed tables in the balcony. The second-floor theater also has an elevator for easy access.

Weekend rental of Imogene Theater (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).


Imogene Theater (Upstairs) including balcony accommodates up to 350 people theater style seating, 200 table seating, 250 mixed seating.


 



 


Week day rentals: Monday thru Thursday


Rental of the theater alone on a week day (Monday thru Thursday) 4 consecutive hours minimum rental is available, please call for current fees. Parlor may be rented alone minimum 4 consecutive hours...is also available, please call for current fees.

 

You do your own set up and take down.  Theater is to be left as you found it.


There is a security deposit and rental application required to hold date.


The security deposit cannot be applied to the rental fee or for extra rental items. It covers damage, loss, extra cleaning, leaving AC/Heat on after event, entering before established rental time agreed upon, leaving premises unsecured upon leaving, not re-stacking tables and chairs as they were, interfering with the rental following yours or similar breach of agreement. Considering none of these or similar events occur deposit is refunded AFTER your event. Not refunded if cancelled within 60 days of event.

THE THEATER IS CLOSED EASTER WEEK-END, JULY 4TH, THANKSGIVING WEEK, CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, NEW YEAR'S EVE AND NEW YEAR'S DAY.

Table Setting

Upon acceptance of your application by the Santa Rosa Historical Society Board, a LEASE AGREEMENT, will be sent to you for your consideration and signature.
